BREAD BOX REFUND POLICY

The Bread Boxx Limited - Refund Policy

1. In-Store Purchases

1.1 Food and Beverages

  • We strive to provide high-quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify a staff member immediately.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on consumed food or opened beverages.

  • If there's a quality issue with your purchase before consumption, we will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund.

1.2 Non-Food Items

  • Unused, non-food items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange.

2. Catering and Buffet Orders

2.1 Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time.

  • 50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2.2 Quality Issues

  • If you experience any quality issues with your catering order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup.

  • We will work to resolve the issue promptly, offering replacement items or a partial/full refund as appropriate.

 

3. Sandwich Van / Food Truck Purchases

Due to the nature of mobile food service, all sales from our sandwich van or food truck are final once the transaction is complete.

If there's an immediate quality issue, please notify the staff member at the point of sale.

4. Online Orders

  • For online orders cancelled before preparation or shipment, a full refund will be issued.

  • We cannot offer refunds on perishable items once they have been dispatched.

5. Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Special Events and Classes

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the event.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before the event.

  • No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event.

7. Method of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

  • For cash transactions, refunds may be provided in the form of store credit or cash, at our discretion.

8. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
